i only take PayPal as payment for commissions, and all prices listed are in USD. a PayPal invoice will be sent to you, the buyer, when i am ready to begin work on your commission.

payment must be paid upfront in full and within two weeks of being confirmed for a commission slot, otherwise your slot will be given up.

i will provide a refund when requested, however, full refunds will only be given if i have not started work on the commission. otherwise, refunds will depend on the amount of work that has been done.

refunds will no longer be given once i am 75% done with the commission. this will vary depending on the complexity and type of commission ordered.

prices may vary on the complexity of the character, background, or extra details.

work will be started on the commission only after payment is sent.

i reserve the right to update the prices of each type of commission without prior notification. price increases will NOT effect the price of commissions for people who have requested a slot before the price increase, or for commissions that i have already received payment for.

i reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, even if i do not state why.

i will not take commissions that must be done on a specific date or by a deadline. however, i will keep you updated on the progress of the commission at every stage of the process that is applicable to the art (sketch, lineart, flat colors, background, and lighting). progress reports will be delivered to you through your choice of email, Discord, or another social media we have in common.

depending on the complexity of the commission, the final product may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to complete.

i retain full rights to the commission; i can freely post it on my social medias, use it as a commission example, showcase work in progress versions, etc. if you would prefer that your commission stays private and off social media, please let me know at any point before the final product is completed.

you, as the buyer, may post the completed image on social medias with credit. you may use it as a profile picture, background, screensaver, etc without credit. you may NOT take credit for the artwork, trace the artwork without credit to myself, reproduce the artwork for profit, or alter the artwork significantly and post it without permission.

all products commissioned will be digital. no physical copies will be mailed to the buyer under any circumstances.

the buyer will receive a .png file once the commission has been completed, unless another form of image is requested. the buyer may choose their method of receiving the file- either through Discord, through email, or through another social media that we both share.

major revisions (i.e., character pose changes, limb pose changes, outfit changes, etc) will only be allowed during the sketch and lineart stages.

once flat colors are completed, only minor revisions to the artwork will be allowed (color changes, lighting angle changes, lighting color changes, etc.)

though i won't impose a limit on the total amount of revisions, please be reasonable about the amount of revisions requested. i reserve the right to deny any excessive revision requests.

requested revisions may impact the time it takes to complete a commission.
